The Role: Amazon Brand Manager - Pod Leader

 

You will own the growth and performance of 6–10 brands inside your pod.

You’ll lead strategy, drive delivery, run client communication, and oversee PPC, creative, and operations specialists.

You will be responsible for ensuring our company culture thrives inside your pod and that the team is happy and firing on all cylinders.

 

This is not an assistant role.

This is the quarterback position.

 

You are the person clients trust and your pod follows.

You Should Apply If…

 

Experience

  • 3–5 years managing Amazon brands, ideally in an agency
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to handle complex catalogs, variations, and back-end fixes
  • Oversight of PPC with budgets of at least $20k/month
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while staying organised under pressure

 

Skills

  • Strong command of Amazon strategy end-to-end
  • Can diagnose issues quickly and suggest practical solutions
  • Excellent communicator capable of leading tough conversations
  • Highly structured, reliable, and comfortable owning outcomes
  • Confident making decisions without constant supervision
  • Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution

Compensation

 

Base Salary

$1,500–$3000 per month + Uncapped Bonus

 

Quarterly Performance Bonuses (Uncapped)

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

 

Client Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead all client calls and present clear, confident strategy
  • Manage day-to-day client communication through ClickUp chat
  • Turn goals and challenges into structured execution plans
  • Hold the pod accountable for deliverables and deadlines
  • Spot opportunities faster than the client sees them

 

Amazon Growth & Performance

  • Build and own quarterly roadmaps for each brand
  • Improve TACoS, CTR, CVR, ranking, and overall profitability
  • Drive keyword and ranking strategy across core SKUs
  • Plan and oversee product launches, promotions, and pricing steps
  • Identify bottlenecks and remove them quickly

 

Advertising Oversight

You won’t run every campaign, but you must:

  • Direct the PPC specialist with clarity
  • Review weekly performance and diagnose issues
  • Guide keyword targeting and placement strategy
  • Tie ads to broader growth objectives and profitability

 

Creative & Listing Direction

Working with our creative team:

  • Drive main-image testing and CTR improvements
  • Oversee A+ and Storefront updates
  • Ensure every creative execution ties back to performance metrics
  • Request videos, UGC, or enhanced assets when needed

 

Operations & Catalog

With our operations specialists:

  • Resolve catalog issues, suppressions, and variation structures
  • Oversee flat files and backend updates
  • Make sure inventory, forecasting, and account health are managed
  • Prevent problems, not just react to them
